The high altitude yields a dense bean that is packed with flavour, and these are gas-roasted in small 15kg batches to maintain quality control. This decaf coffee is infused with added natural supplements which have been scientifically proven to relax your body and mind via multiple different mechanisms.

The coffee beans are stored and roasted in a proprietary manner and third-party lab tested for Ochratoxin A and Aflatoxins B1, B2, G1, G2 - to ensure you get none of these toxins in a cup of Healthy Coffee Guy coffee.

What are these supplements and what do they do?

Ashwaganda (Withania Somnifera) is an Ayurveda root extract used to reduce stress/anxiety, maintain healthy cortisol levels, reduce fatigue and battle insomnia. Studies show that it is able to improve both cardiovascular and strength exercise capabilities and relatively increase testosterone which would have anti-aging, fatloss and libido benefits.

L-Theanine, a slightly sweet amino acid derived from green tea, is known to promote mental calmness and help reduce stress without causing sedation. L-Theanine may also have positive effects on the cardiovascular system and play a preventative role in cancer; however, limited clinical information is currently available to support these claims.

Why do we need lab-tested coffee?

Mycotoxins are naturally occurring toxins produced by certain moulds in food and crops and they’re prevalent in coffee which unfortunately means they almost always end up in you cup and body. According to a 2019 scientific study*, Africa and Asia have both the worst levels and regulation of these toxins, and some of these are known to be harmful to humans: in coffee these are primarily Aflatoxin B1 and Ochratoxin A.

Directions for use:

Filter Grind – brew 10-15g of Healthy Coffee Guy Focus Coffee with 150-250ml of hot water – in a plunger, filter coffee machine or pour-over device.
