When and how to use mechanic?

On training days

The best time to use Mechanic is either before or during your workouts. It is unflavored and thus can be added to any pre-workout or intra-workout supplement such as Spellbound or Moonwalk.

On non training days Mechanic can be taken anytime of the day.

 It is advisable to use Mechanic daily for 8 weeks before taking 10-14 days off. It is important to consume between 2 and 3.5L of water daily when supplementing with Mechanic. There is no scoop in this product and the daily serving size is 1 rounded/heaped teaspoon (6.55g).

 Mechanic is unflavored and has a naturally stale/bitter taste and may alter the taste of any products it is added to when being consumed.

Senactiv is a plant-based natural, US patented port nutraceutical compound scientifically validated in 2 in-vivo and 4 human clinical studies with 6 interventions evaluated. Senactiv promotes more energy and muscle preservation by activating phagocytic macrophages in association with the senescent cell clearance in muscle tissue after aerobic exercise.

Phosphatidic Acid (PA) is a unique lipid molecule that acts as a direct regulator of mTOR signaling. In other words, PA effectively “turns on” muscle protein synthesis in response to resistance training. Given the apparent role of PA in mTOR activation, researchers have started to question whether simply increasing the amount of PA in the diet would exert a favorable impact on muscle growth and strength.

In a human study design whereby 28 resistance-trained men were randomly assigned to consume 750 milligrams of PA daily or a placebo during an eight-week training program. In this study, the PA group added more weight to their leg-press max and gained a significantly greater amount of lean body mass. In particular, they had a greater increase in leg muscle size.

b-hydroxy-bmethylbutyrate (or HMB) is a popular muscle building supplement. HMB is a metabolite derived from the essential amino acid leucine. Studies have suggested that HMB is an anabolic compound that increase muscle building after resistance training and improves lean body mass.
