The Healthy Process Daily Planner is my favourite piece of stationery. If your life is anything like mine, chaos reigns courtesy of children, but even if you don’t have children if you're staying at home, or bravely doing both, having a clear, structured plan for the day can often offer you calm amidst the beautiful storm. The planner offers you a space to identify your top 3 priorities, so that, even if your day goes a little haywire you’ll still have a clear picture of what you can afford to let slide and what you can’t. I’ve also included some valuable spaces that I found profoundly impacted on my attitude for the planned day – a gratitude space, a space for notes and workout space – by documenting notes and focusing on your mental health as much as your physical, you are able to identify harmful or helpful thought patterns and adjust them where necessary. It’s also really satisfying to see your daily planner populated with to-do’s and notes and knowing your day was or will be productive and well spent.

You will receive a link immediately after confirmation of your purchase. The downloadable link will include 1 zip file that contains 3 PDF files. This planner is in letter size (8.5 x 11 inches). It is perfect to be used on the app Goodnotes. However, you are more than welcome to print it out and have a physical copy.
