Meal planning has to be one of the best habits I formed when finding my Healthy Process. Not only did I have an answer to the all too common ‘what’s for dinner’ question (a regular in my home), but thanks to the handy shopping list, I knew I already had the ingredients too – anxiety be gone! There are so many benefits to planning out your meals: doing the shopping in advance (such an underrated win, especially when juggling kids’ schedules, workouts and daily life curveballs), weight loss, reducing food waste, eating healthier, harnessing the feeling of being organized and prepared, saving money and so much more. Each day of the week also has its own shopping list so you can break down the ingredients specific to just those days’ meals or you can grab the big trolley and prep for the whole week.
